• Confidentiality: Suppliers may have access to the Company’s proprietary information, including designs, manufacturing processes, and business plans. You agree to hold all such information in strict confidence and not to use or disclose it for any purpose other than fulfilling your obligations to the Company.

• Quality and Compliance: All goods and services supplied must meet the specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules agreed upon in writing. Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Intellectual Property Assignment: Any designs, inventions, or improvements developed by a Supplier specifically for or at the direction of Robin Motor Sport shall be the sole intellectual property of the MØLLER Trust. The Supplier assigns all rights, titles, and interests in such IP to the Trust.

• Relationship: The relationship is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

6. Specific Terms for Dealers

• Formal Agreement: These Terms supplement, but do not replace, a formal, signed Robin Motor Sport Dealer Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the signed Dealer Agreement shall prevail.

• Authorised Representation: Dealers are authorised to represent and sell Robin Motor Sport products only within the territories and product lines explicitly defined in their Dealer Agreement.

• Brand Standards: Dealers agree to adhere to the Company’s brand standards, marketing guidelines, and quality of service requirements as communicated by the Company.

• Sales and Technical Data: Dealers may be provided with proprietary sales and technical data. This information is confidential and may only be used for the purpose of selling and supporting Robin Motor Sport products.

• Performance: The Company reserves the right to review and, if necessary, terminate a Dealer relationship for failure to meet performance standards or breach of the Dealer Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robin Motor Sport, its subsidiaries, the MØLLER Trust, and its directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your interaction with the Company or use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robin Motor Sport, the MØLLER Trust, and their affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products or services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
