1. Consumer Commitment

  • Where national safety regulations apply (e.g., NRCS homologation in South Africa), RMS meets or exceeds these standards.

  • Compliance with safety standards is not a burden; it is an extension of our respect for life and heritage.

3. Fair Competition & Market Access

  • RMS supports open and fair access to markets and services, ensuring enthusiasts and independents alike benefit from mobility innovation.

  • We oppose monopolistic practices that restrict service providers, limit aftermarket access, or exploit consumers.

  • RMS collaborates with like-minded partners based on merit, innovation, and shared values — not imposed quotas.

4. Ethical Culture & Integrity

5. Selective Adoption of Governance Frameworks

  • Where such frameworks contain useful principles (e.g., independence, integrity), RMS will adopt them voluntarily and selectively.

  • RMS will not conform to requirements that undermine honest practice, including forced BBBEE compliance. We believe empowerment must be genuine, merit-based, and driven by value creation, not legislation.
