This Intellectual Property Statement outlines the ownership and permitted use of all intellectual property (IP) associated with Robin Motor Sport (“the Company,” “we,” “our”).

1. Ownership
All intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in and to the assets of Robin Motor Sport are the exclusive property of The MØLLER Trust. This includes, but is not limited to, all IP developed, created, manufactured, or used in the course of our business operations.

2. Scope of Intellectual Property
The intellectual property owned by the MØLLER Trust through Robin Motor Sport encompasses a wide range of assets, including:

• Vehicle Designs & Assemblies: The unique design, engineering, and assembly specifications of all motor vehicles assembled by Robin Motor Sport.

• OEM Parts & Accessories: All original designs, technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and accessories.

• Custom Parts: All designs, manufacturing processes, and finished products for custom interior and exterior parts.

• Branding & Trademarks: The “Robin Motor Sport” name, logo, and all related brand identifiers, slogans, and service marks. This includes any other brands or sub-brands under the Robin Motor Sport umbrella.

• Copyrights: All website content, marketing materials, product catalogs, photographs, videos, software, design files, and technical documentation.

• Patents & Trade Secrets: Any patented or patentable inventions, technologies, manufacturing techniques, and confidential business information, including proprietary formulas, processes, and material compositions.

3. Permitted Use
The information and materials on this website are provided for general information and promotional purposes only. You may view and display the content, but you are not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works.
